Zoom and Pan for Premier Elements 7

I was originally using Adobe Premier Elements 3 but recently upgraded to 7. My favorite effect was the zooming and panning and am unable to locate this on the newer version. Can someone please assist me? This is for a very important project that is close to being due so any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Pans & Zooms in Premiere Elements can be done by:
a. keyframing the scale and position options in the Motion Panel of the Properties Palette for the image
b. by going to Effects and using Presets

I am assuming that you are looking for the Presets for Pans & Zooms. Here is the route in Premiere Elements 7:

1. Click on the Edit Tab (Orange)
2. Then click on the Effects Tab below it
3. You will probably see "Video Effects". Change that to "Presets".
4. To the right of the word Presets you will see "Show All". Click on Show All.
5. You can find the following in the list that opens:
a. Horizontal Image Pans
b. Horizontal Image Zooms
c. Vertical Image Pans
d. Vertical Image Zooms
