Color balance for PSE7?

Is their a way to get the color balance tool for PSE7, I got Grants Tools, but it didn't provide it.

There is no Color Balance available for PSE7. However there is something similar. You can go to Enhance > Adjust Color > Color Variations. You can then play with the midtones, shadows, etc. and click to either increase/decrease reds, greens, or blues.
