I was sent an email with an ESP file. It is a vectorized logo I need to print on a t-shirt but I can not get PSE7 to open it. Any ideas?

Neal, is it ESP or EPS?
EPS is Encapsulated Postscript File, and it s a file format that is generally supported by Elements. Has it been improperly named, and thus Elements won't even try to recognize it perhaps. If the file name extension is infact .ESP try chnging it to .EPS and see if you can open it.
There are such things as .ESP files, but they are generally not graphics/images files, they belong to other types of programs.

Jeff,
Thanks for the response. I appreciate it. I guess my eyes were crossed. It is EPS.EPS
When I try to open it it says "could not complete your request because the parser module cannot parse the file"
Also, when I try to move it off my other computer, PSE7 says file type not supported.

Neal, unfortunately file formats can go thru changes over time, witness the problem Adobe has keeping up with ever-changing RAW file formats, and Elements may not beable to read all EPS files. You can check Adobe's help are for possible solutions.
In the case of EPS files, you may have better luck first converting the file in a third party application. A very robust multi-format viewer is IrfanView.
http://www.irfanview.net/
It is free, has been around a long time, even supports many thrid party PS plug-ins, and has a lot of "tools", including batch processing of files.
If it can successfully open the EPS files you have, you can then use it to batch process all of them and save them to a different format that Elements won't choke on.

If you already have a project(file) open and want to add an eps file to it, you can use the File>Place command to add the file to your project. It will come into your work as a Smart Object or Vector file (it will have a bounding box with handles that you drag to the appropriate size and then hit the check mark or Enter and it is changed to a raster image that you work with just like any other PSE file.
The Place command is only available to add to a project, so if you want to just open an .eps file, open a new blank file to the size and resolution you want and then Place your .eps file.
Note: You will need to hold down the Shift key as you resize if you want to keep the proportions intact.
