Editing Raw Images [Archive] - Elements Village

Hi,
Does anyone know of a program that will allow me to make a selection for editing in raw? The great majority of editing I do in jpg, is to a selection and not the entire image. Thanks for your help!

If you ever want to talk about using "raw images" in Premiere Elements, we will be here to answer those questions on that.
