I'm kinda new to this forum stuff... I have been following the threads for a while and have enjoyed the knowledge available. I have learned alot about PSE just by looking in every now and then. Hopefully, i will become a contributor to the discussion. I just am not sure where to post my questions and comments. some deal with computer hardware, such as monitors, and others are just my PSE problems on how to solve an issue. I have most of the self help reference books on PSE. They go just so far before I throw them across the room... My wife hears my frustration from our computer area. Oh well, I will live another day to take more photos. I have a nikon d70 and d90. several lenses. and am building a dedicated photo/video editing computer. That's fun!??? better stated... "That's frustrating". Hopefully Eyore and I won't get bounced into the river. Oh Bother, my wife is calling me.........later :)

Welcom to the village forum. Jump in the water is warm. I too have a D-90 and love it. My PC is now 5 yrs old and I know that it most likely will not make 6 years. Let us all know about your progress on building your own. It would be interesting to see some numbers like $'s saved etc. I have heard both pros and cons about building your own. What do you think? I have been thinking to do my own also.
