Rolling Titles Won't Run

Hi, and thanks in advance!

My rolling credits ran just fine when I turned off my computer last night--but today they don't scroll. The titles still exist and I can see them (tiny) in the timeline but don't play on the monitor--only the still photo underlying the credits play.

What version of Premiere Elements are you using? Are you working with
rolling title that you created:
(either via T Add Default Text icon at bottom right of Monitor)
(or via Title Menu/New Title/Default Roll in the menus at the top of the interface)?
or
was your rolling title from a credits option for a Title Template (if so which one)?

In any case, did you go into the roll/crawl options and check off Start and End so that the title started and ended off screen?

Were you aware that when you open the Titler the program automatically places the title on the Timeline starting wherever you had the Timeline Indicator placed?

Let us go through the following check list to rule in or out any fundamental issues:
Look at the Timeline.
a. Where is the Title in the Timeline View? Is it on Video Track 2 directly above the photo on Video Track 1?
b. Where is the Timeline Indicator, at the beginning of the Timeline? If you move the Timeline Indicator across the Title (from its beginning to its end) on the Timeline, do you see the Title in the Monitor?
c. Double click the title on the Timeline. Does the Titler opens showing the Title in the Monitor? If so, what is the font style and size? Click on the roll/crawl options icon located at the bottom left in the Titler. Describe how that is set.

There are numerous video tutorials on creating titles in Premiere Elements, but I think that we can work this out without them right now just by exchanging details. What is your experience level working with Premiere Elements? Depending on your responses, if necessary we can move rapidly to another plan to get your project moving forward.

If I omitted any significant questions, please describe fully what you are actually doing in creating this rolling title and saving the project. Please answer all the questions.
