Hi and welcome to Elements Village. If you've installed the Layer Mask tool according to the instructions, you should find it under the Artwork and Effects palette on the right hand side of the workspace in Elements Editor, under the Effects icon.

Just a word of advice... you may want to take your email address out of your post. Spammers send bots out to troll forums looking for email addresses... you may get a lot of spam if they catch yours. :-)

Hi ..

... and welcome to the Village :)

Do let us know how you go on and as Diana said it really would be better to remove your email address from the message :)

Two other sites with available Layer Masks are Grant's Tools (http://www.cavesofice.org/~grant/Challenge/Tools/index.html) which have instructions on where to install them. And also Elements+ (http://simplephotoshop.com/downloads/index.htm#elem+) which is self installing :). Both are a great set of add-ons that many of us have here.
