Well, I am new to the forums and right away I got a few questions.

I opened a membership with elements user, does it take a lot of time to receive the book? Are the CDs I am suppose to be current or old?

I opened a membership on April 14 and so far have only received The Best of Elements Vol 3 which I think is 2009 material and Best of Elements Vol 2... the one with V.2 on the inside says collect all 2007 newsletters...?!?

I am a little confused here, Is it suppose to be 2009 new stuff or what?

How often are the tutorials updated?
How much time will the videos be online? What about the pdfs?
How do I know when the newsletters come out?

Hello ElitKlik

Welcome to the Elements Village! You will be glad that you signed up and it was well worth the price!

As for your questions:

1) The PET Newsletters come out every 2 months. The next one will be the May/June issue. So hopefully you will be getting one soon.

2) The online videos are available 24/7 and they have been there since the beginning. There is usually a new one every week, so check often. They are in the subscriber area under "VIDEOS"

3) By PDFs what do you mean. There are many PDFs available. As for past issues, there are PDFs available for purchase. Many tutorials or materials related to articles in the newsletter are also abailable as PDFs. They are located in the subscriber area under "EXTRAS"

As for the Best of... DVDs you got. They are past videos that are on the PET Website. The DVD contains past volumes, so I am assuming they contain issues from 2008 and eariler (how earlier I don't know). For 2009, that was the beginning of Volume 6, so they may not be available on the DVD. But they are available for download as PDF files.

Welcome again!

Well, for now I am staying busy getting familiar with the CD/DVD tutorials.

I got setup an old 20Gb laptop with the videos and go thru all the steps using the desktop.

Got to make a lot of notes as after a while shortcuts and tricks tend to pile up on me...

Thanks everyone and will be coming back to learn more.

:)
