Hourglass and no inage

Hi All
I am using Vista home premium installed elements but after searching for files I cannot get it to show thumbnails at smallest size if I slide the slider I can get largest view but is slow to load, this is with Elements seven but was the same for 6, everything else seems to work fine bu not the image files.
Its a good prog but wish it would behave for me.

Do you mean that you are seeing hourglasses instead of the thumbnails of your photos in the PSE Organizer? If so, see this FAQ for troubleshooting:
