When, I insert the dvd-rw disc into the pc, after it's finalize and ready to go...the media downloader reads error, "needs to be contacted to DV cam" for some reason? Why should it read an error when the video images aren't on any hard drive space what's so ever! Need assistance with this new software...thanks
