os x 10.4.11 problems w/ PE 6....

I have recently purchase a Wacom Bamboo and with it came PE 6. After loading all software I then try to open PE 6 and nothing happens. I would greatly appreciate any insight to you may be able to give. Thanks.

maroonbully, when installing the application did you agree to the license agreement?

Does the application appear in the application folder on your HD?

Did you double click on the application icon in the application folder to launch it?

Try repairing the preferences and attempt to relaunch it.

What exactly happens when you attempt to launch the application, do you get the start of it and then it quits?

I'm sure additional questions and suggestion will follow.

frank - the application shows up on the HD and I can open the other folders that were installed with the bundle, but when I double click the application it blinks like it wants to open and then nothing happens.

Are you running Elements under the Admin Account ??

Have you connected the tablet to the Mac ??

... and did you connect if before or after you installed Elements ??
