Saving themes and other parts of PSE5

Hi: I've purchased PSE7 and I'm getting ready to install it but would like to know first how to extract some of the themes, frames, etc.. from version 5 to use with version 7 if they are not part of PSE7. Also I have started using PSCS and might want to use some of the great elements of PSE5 with PSCS. Is it possible to do that? How?
