I just got my very first "Image of the Week" for "Purple Tulips" from http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/gallery/

I'm so excited!!! ....and I'd like to thank my supporting cast.... Wendy, Sepiana, Billz, mljrbg and ..... :D

I just had to share, thanks guys!!!

Thats cool to learn something and then get rewarded,makes it all so worth it. It was a very nice image and presentation for sure.

Please add my "congratulations" to your masterpiece!

It just so happens, our purple (and other colors) tulips started blooming a few days ago. The colors are beautiful, but sadly, the flowers don't remain that way very long.

Congrat! Great photo. I looked at your gallery and love your other work also. Noticed the old neon truck with the IOWA plates. COOL. I'm from IOWA so it caught my eye.

I have some purple ones that just came up, but it's been a rainy/cloudy week, so haven't gone out there to snap them yet. Will probably be gone before I get out there!

Thanks so much! The story behind that picture is really interesting. Short version...an Iowa farmer helped me out. I might upload the original picture someday.
