She asked me for help and I have no idea how to do it but I knew someone here probably could.
She is trying to make a t-shirt transfer but she can't figure out how to make this text flip to a mirror image.
She wants it to say "Roadrunner" in pink letters, some cute font, on top of this clipart, and then "In Training" under the clip. It's for a baby shower.
Here's the image:

tmfan43,
You can do this a couple of ways...
- after preparing the image, click Image > Rotate > Flip Horizontal. Then print as normal.
- after preparing the image, when printing, select Flip Image under Transfer Printing in the Output section of the print dialog... Adobe anticipated that people would need to do this.

Okay so she doesn't have photoshop so I'm trying to do it for her. I created a blank layer to put the writing & image on, got the typing done, but when I try to drag the image up to the white layer, I get this message: "could not complete your request because it does not work with indexed color images (convert image to RGB color mode to edit)"...so what does this mean and how do I do that?

Hi, that is simple too. Go to Image >> Mode >> put a check by RGB.

Most printers have that option. On my current HP I can find it under properties>advanced>mirror image. I think I have seen it as "reverse image" as well. Seems to me in other printers it was more obvious.
Have your friend explore her printer options.

I never knew that. Thanks I'll tell her.
