Installing the trial version of PSE7

I have PSE5. If I install the trial version of 7 to see how it is, will it interfere with my installation of 5? And when I uninstall, will it mess me up there as well?

As I recall, I installed the full version of PSE7 "over" PSE5 and it didn't mess anything up. I don't know about deleting it, since I decided to keep it. I think I might have downloaded the trial version, then used it for a day or so, then just decided to take the plunge and pay for it.

That was when I used Windows w/ XP Home. I have not tried that with Vista.

Thanks! So you liked 7 better than 5? I'm assuming it was worth it.

Well, I guess so. There are some things to get used to. But it seemed to work well for me. Now, I use a Mac and PSE6, but I still have PSE7 on my PC and let the kids fiddle around with it. I thought it was worth it. BUT I think at the time Adobe was bundling Premiere Elements 7 WITH PSE7. I did not use Premiere Elements because my laptop couldn't handle it.
