Photomerge Panorama - PSE 7 - From 72 ppi to 300 ppi

I would like to change my panoramas from 72 ppi to 300 ppi. How can I do this and is there a setting that I can change going forward so that they are created at the 300 resolution by default? How are you printing your panoramas as well?

I don't know about making default, but to change after go to image>resize>image size. Uncheck resample and change 72 in resolution box to 300.
