DVD doesn't play (Subscriber of PET)

Hey Y'all,

I was excited to see that I had a package from PET today. It was a DVD of Best of PET, Volume 2. However, since I don't have a DVD on my computer, I tried to watch it on our DVD player with my TV. I got a message on it that says "no audio info", "no video info". So does that mean I got a defective DVD or that it only will play on a computer DVD....is there a difference?:confused:

Fine print on back of DVD case says that it will play only on computer player - willnot play through tv.

You may want to explore an external usb dvd player as an option.

CD has excellent content!

I'm sorry, Charlotte - most people want to view the videos on their computers. alongside Photoshop Elements, so that's the way we do it. There's a bunch of extra work we'd have to do to make them also TV-compatible, and we want to keep the cost of the discs as low as possible.
