I'm a professional tech support guy. My wife and my mother-in-law use Photoshop Elements (Windows and Mac) to produce original artwork, often involving scanned images, hand-drawings and paintings. They don't work with photographs that much, as Picasa and iPhoto seem to meet their needs for that.

I'm here to help find solutions to problems they encounter, and tips on improving productivity and quality of output.
