File Browser - Resizing over Photo Bin and Palette Bin

I'm sure I'm overlooking something, but is it possible to resize the file browser so its boundaries extend over (and on top of) the Photo Bin and Palette Bin? I realize that the bins can be closed to give more display area, but when the bins are open, my file browser can be resized, but it stays behind the areas within the bins.

Also, after you open several images from the file browser, is there an easy way to go back to the file browser in one click? I have to go to File | Browse Folders to get back to the browser and can't seem to find any other way besides minimizing each image.

I can't get mine to be bigger than the edit area either (there might be a way)

Shift>ctrl>O (O)pens the browser again, or moves it to the front, if it is open behind some photos.:)

Thanks, Gary. I only recently "discovered" the File Browser after reading several posts in the forum and think it's a pretty neat and easy file navigator. I'm going to try to use it regularly rather than just climbing up and down the file tree through the Open File dialogue box. Thanks again for confirming the display issue.
