Need Help Creating a Menu Button for My Website. [Archive]

Below is the button I already have (not very crisp looking). I want to make a new one and have the lettering in red so it stands out on the menu http://mrpitbull.com/ (http://mrpitbull.com/). My endeavor so far looks terrible. Can someone help me with instructions? I have Elements and access to CS4. Thanks.
