i'm new in photoshop elements! can sumbody help me?

i juz bought a new laptop and the laptop were installed with adobe photoshop element 7.0, and adobe photoshop premier 7.0. i dun noe how to use both of the software. i didn't expirience any photoshop before.
can sumbody help me with guidline or video clip or sumtink?
so i can learn easily.

I think the Adobe website has tutorials. You can Google the web for tutorials. And keep the help page open while you play with it.

It really is well worth subscribing as PSE7 can be a little difficult to use when you first get it .. but after doing a few tutorials it does get a lot easier.
