I shot my last round of pictures in the RAW format using my Canon Rebel Digital. I just purchased Photo shop element 4 and was able to work with my pictures, making changes. My question is --- How to save them to a jpeg and burn them to a CD ? Does anyone have a clue on this ?
thanks,
Bill:confused:

Joecool....I had the same problem and asked pretty much the same question on this forum and no one had a solution. What I do is open up Digital Photo Pro that came with the Canon and import all of the photos that I want on the CD. Then select all, batch process, save to my desktop or special file, close Digital Photo Professional, highlight all of the images, and move to the CD.

Hope you understand this and that it works for you...

Once the image is opened in Photoshop Elements (The Editor) you can save it as a JPEG file.

I'm not fluent with the Organizer (I'm on Mac) but I'd say save your JPEG into a folder then using Windows, burn this folder to a CD.

I'm on a Widows machine , but I agree with Ray. (Mind you I don't use the organizer PE3). After edititing, just save as a JPG and use windows to burn them, or whatever burning software you are using.

Joecool,

It's important to note the difference in process for RAW files. When you first open the file, it opens in Camera Raw. Once you've completed your RAW edits, click "open" towards the bottom right of the window. The file will then open in the PSE editor. From there you can save it as a JPEG using "file" and "save as." You'll need to select "JPEG" in the "format" option within the save as window.

Good luck.
