Hi
I am working on some pictures and I get a message saying my "scratch disk
is full" and I can't do anything to the picture. What should I do?

Thanks for finding this for me. I looked up the section on macs and now it will be easy for me to fix. You just make it so easy to solve problems. Now I can finish my family reunion pictures.I can't tell you how relieved I am.

No problem, I hope the rest of your project goes smoothly! And eat a Zingermans for me- I went to school at U.M. and that's one thing I miss.

 :(
I am using adobe photoshope deluxe 3.0 machine runs winxp pro, 24 gig free on drive, 504 megs ram on machine. I have followed every single bit of info on "scratch disk full" error and I am still :(
I even uninstalled and reinstalled the entire Adobe photo program... same thing... after two or three pics "scratch disk full" error
I am unsure how I should have my preferences set, and what the percentage should be set at as well.
I have searched files and folders and MY COMPUTER for .*tmp files and deleted ALL of them several times.... same thing one or two pictures later
"scratch disk full"
Would someone explain to me exactly where I need to look for these files/pics that are filling up my "scratch disk" any and all info appreciated! Confused in Chicago!

Nina,
My post refers to checking the Preferences setting in Photoshop Elements, not Photodelux. I'm not familiar with Photodelux... sorry.

Hi Nina ...
... and welcome to the forum :)
Most of us are using Photoshop Elements and I really don't know if anyone here has PhotoDelux but will keep my fingers crossed that someone can help.
