I am so sorry that I am late with this week’s comments. I was doing yard work yesterday, and I forgot it.

Thanks everyone for your participation in Be Creative #70. Everyone’s creative juices seemed to be flowing this week; there were some really spectacular images created.

BJ- Welcome to Be Creative. It so nice to have you join us. The texture makes your landscape look like a vintage image. I also like the border you created with fading.

Eleanor- The texture looks fabulous on your urban scape. The photo looks modern and edgy. There is so much to look at in that photo, anyway. It is great from foreground to background.

Martha- The texture makes your photo look like a painting. The border looks great, and it is the icing on the cake.

Bill- Old cars and textures just seem to go together. The nail heads in the texture make a natural border that looks great. The picture looks like it is brushed on metal.

Larry- That’s a great photo. I love the perspective. The crackling makes it look very arty. I couldn’t figure out if the spider web was part of the decoration or added, but it looks great.

Pat- You couldn’t have found a better picture and texture to go together. The picture looks like it was painted on the side of the ship.

Sepiana- The texture ages the building and makes the photo very interesting. There is a great contrast between the clear, blue sky and the aged building.

dspec01- Welcome to Be Creative! This is an outstanding urban scape. I love how the picture starts with buildings and goes out to water. The distortion caused by the texture makes it look arty and edgy.

Deborah- Great match with texture and picture. The texture makes your roses look like they were drawn and water-colored on rough paper.

Denise-First of all, those twins are adorable. You made great, arty portraits. The framing is great. I especially like the way the texture left empty, black spots in the background.

Toni- You need to market that first image as a poster. It is fabulous. The texture on the second picture is subtle, but I like the feel that it gives the picture.

Pete- The texture and picture are perfect for each other. The whole image has surreal look to me. It is very artistic.

Thanks everyone for a great week; on to the next challenge!
