This week we are gong to learn to do a simple hand tinted picture. Again, this technique is very simple, but adds a special touch to your pictures. Hopefully you enjoy the technique and most of all, Have FUN!!!

This is a good technique to lessen "busy" images. I prefer this to the original.

Thanks Tammy for this tutorial. I lowered the opacity of the screen layer and I also added a cool photo filter layer (on the snowman because he wasn't cool enough):D
