Where did I learn this gradient text effect?

I know I didn't come up with this on my own :D. . . I assumed it was in the same video that showed the ribbon effect, but it must have been something else. Now I can't remember how to do it!

I see you are a member of PET....the video tutorial you want is there and it's called wrapping a Ribbon around Text. At least I think this is what you're looking for?

Thank you Roln, but it wasn't the Ribbon effect I was looking for - it was the multi-colored text. Turns out I combined effects from two different videos - the text piece came from the Experimenting with Extruder Filter which is just below the Ribbon effect (in case anyone else is interested.)
