Australian Red Cross donation kit

I made a donation to the Australian Red Cross, received a code number. Now I cannot get into the website as it does not accept the US zipcode or phone number needed to put in member informatiion. Nor does it accept the Code.
Has anyone else dowloaded this kit without problems.

Karen: Several of the digital Scrapbook sites were advertising an Australian scrapbooking kit and quick pages. If one donated $10 to the Salvation Army or Australian Red Cross one got a code to get the kits for free. I did - to the ARC
I was directed to scrap-n-tag.com/store and tried to put in my information. It kept coming back that I had done something wrong, and I hadnt. Perhaps the site did not like the US zip code or phone number.

Karen: I am now able to sign into Scrap-n-tag - dont know if that was your doing, but thanks. Now the site will not take the number assigned to me by Carolyn Kite.
But they were quick getting back to me, so perhaps they will again.
