Hey thanks...I downloaded them and opened the file...but they didn't seem to go over to the frames area on PSE 4.0. What next?

Carl, the frames are layer styles so they must be put in the Elements presets>
Cprogram files>adobe>elements 4>presets>Styles

restart Elements and then look for them in the layer styles menu.

Remember; to change the width of the frame go to toolbar>Layer>Layer styles>scale effects.
