I know there is a texture does not sure how we put the same photo without the texture inside the frame, I know how to clip a picture inside a frame but how to contrast between texture and no texture, is this 2 step process?

I think in this case its two separate photographs ... one with the texture applied and the other without the texture is placed under the frame effect.
