I've installed PanosFX and Elements+. They are in pse7.
However I still have Elements + icon on my desktop and PanosFX zip folder in my documents. Can I delete (send to the recycle bin) these? Or will that remove them from pse7. I'm using Vista.

I would recommend to either keep them in a "Downloads" folder for reference in case you need to later re-install them or before you do delete them, burn them to a CD.

As long as you have them installed within the proper folder and you can see them in PSE7, you can delete them from your desktop.
