Hi everybody :),

This is my first post which has caught me out

I have been using Elements 5 and recently upgraded to 7. In PSE5 there are a couple of plugins which I use from time to time. Both are PSE7 'friendly' but I have always put plugins into their own folder in the PSE/plugin folder. EG plugin\Graffishop\Program Name
I have pointed to one of the plugins but now wish to point to the other but it appears PSE7 allows only one folder. Am I correct or can I generate other paths somehow?
Any help appreciated

Steve

Steve, I have PSE 6, and in the PSE folder there is a "plug-ins" folder which will generally hold most of your plug-in files or folders (with files). If your plug-ins get installed there, you need t do nothing else as Elements will find them upon loading.

You can point to an additional folder (only one) using Edit>Preferences>Plug-ins, that both Elements and CS4 will look into upon loading (if specified). Because I have both CS4 and PSE6, I frequently will install only one set of plug-ins into a common "Plug-ins" folder to be used by both, using the Additional Plug-in Folders option in both CS4 and PSE top point to the extra folder where the common folder is.

Jeff,
Thanks for the info.
That's as I thought. I have re-installed Essentials 2.1.x now and that is working so I'm Happy
Cheers
