Writing DVDs

I can not find a way to write a DVD that will work on my DVD player on the TV. I can make files that play on the computer but not a good DVD file. My DVD player rejects the disk. The disk is written HP DVD Writer DVD630e. Can anybody help me?

I don't know a lot about this, but I'll take a guess that your DVD player isn't compatible with certain photo formats. Such as Kodak picture format. Or maybe VCD/SVCD format, though I am unsure if Elements 3 has a VCD format option. On the mac, it's the iDVD solution... but that really isn't available on the PC. You might try looking for freeware on the web toward this end.
