Please help. I'm having a problem sending photomail w/ Elements 5.0. I'm using a Dell PC with Vista.
Here's the problem:
1. From the organizer, I go to "File" and click "email"
2. The "attach to email" window opens up with the selected image.
3. When I click "next" at the bottom, the "Choose stationary" window appears, but not the image.
4. When I click "next," the Stationary/Layouts wizard appears, but not the image.
5. When I click "next," I find myself back at the "attach to email" window. When I click "next," the program crashes and shuts down.
I can email attachments using Elements without a problem.
