grants tools

I need help with the installation of these tools. I open the files and see 14 files with titles Actions Channels, Guides, Masks and Transform and .atn as the type.. then I see one wish says Grants tools PSD . I have read instructions posted here and there is a reference to xml files and pngs and I dont see any of these..

If you could just tell me if I have all the files i need and where to I put them.. I have elements 6 and a PC..

There are different sets of Grant's tools for different versions of Elements. You seem to have downloaded a version other than the one for PSE6.
