I finally found the answer- here if (http://www.hummiesworld.com/plugins.html) anyone else needs the information
I've installed Elements 7 and am trying to get used to it. I put some of my layer styles that I use a lot in PE5 into: ...>Application Data>Photo Creations>Layer Styles. They are not in a separate folder, but are 3 separate file icons.
In Elements 7, Editor, they do not show up under "Layer Styles" but do show under "All". I did notice that in ..>Layer Styles using Windows Explorer, the styles that come in Elements 7 have an additional file of some sort, which the styles that I added do not have. Are my old styles not usable in Elements 7? Should they go in ..>Programs>Adobe>Elements 7>Presets>Styles? How di I get them to show correctly?
Also, I added an action from Scrapping Cop. Should I have made aone separate folder for the 3 actions that it came with before putting them in ..Photo Creations>Photo effect?
The brushes that I have added work fine.
