Hi Stephanie, welcome aboard!

Please see this Adobe TechNote (http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=333620). This is a problem with both PSE4 and PSE6 on MAC OS. Unfortunately, the solution offered doesn't work for PSE6.

There are several MAC users in this forum. I'm sure someone will know a workaround for this problem.

Hi Stephanie
Welcome to the Village......

One alternative.

Using PSE --- Duplicate the frames (layers) to extend the time that each frame is visible. Since the frame duration is stuck at 2 tenths, each time you add a duplicate frame, you are extending its overall visible time.

Here is a simple 2 frame gif (Before and After). Each frame was duplicated 4 times for a total of 10 frames (layers). Click on the thumbnail to see before/after.

I'm using PSE 6 and OS X Tiger. Hope this helps....
