For a school project, i tried to put a video on a DVD on Premiere Elements 7 with both the Fullscreen and Widescreen versions I've made. Fullscreen works as it should, but widescreen just stays as fullscreen. I've tried using both NTSC and PAL formats, and they both do the same. Duno what I did wrong, but I'm supposed to show it next week, so help!

Hi,
If you will repost this under Premiere Elements someone will see it as that is the place to get answers to video questions. You can delete this one.

Vesta was good to suggest posting these types of questions in the Premiere Elements Forum. Often Premiere Elements questions get lost in the Photoshop Elements questions if not placed there.
But, this morning I was browsing and just happened to see this post.
First, let us compare notes.
I am assuming that Fullscreen = standard. If not, I need clarification on that. I am assuming that it does, so......
You will end up with your video in DVD-VIDEO format (standard, 4:3), when
Project Preset set at opening of project is "NTSC/DV/Standard 48 kHz" and Share/Disc/DVD has a preset of "NTSC_Dolby DVD".
You will end up with your video in DVD-VIDEO format (widescreen, 16:9), when Project Preset set at opening of project is "NTSC/DV/Widescreen 48 kHz" and Share/Disc/DVD has a preset of "NTSC Widescreen_Dolby DVD".
If you have been there and done that, then we need to look to playback issues related to the player. What are you using for this playback that looks the same with both versions? Is playback on a TV via a TV/DVD player? Or, is playback via a computer program such as CyberLink Power DVD or Windows Media Player (if it has the DVD-VIDEO plugin)?
Let us start there.

I was very happy to learn that you got everything in working order. You did a good job of evaluating the background material that I presented and then taking it from there. That was good.
However, from your description, I was not sure just what you did to resolve the issue, so, if you have time, could you clarify what you did?
Continued success in your projects.
