Sounds like you need to contact Adobe Customer Support -- use the email and I think they'll try to charge you otherwise.

Don't know for sure but it seems to be the right direction to head.

Jim

Just out of curiosity..where are the tutorials/lessons supposed to be. I think I have read others with the same problem. Is it a deal with the people here?
At Adobe? On another site?

I have never understood what was supposed to happen (I never had the offer with PE3)

I have the same problem. When you register you get an email or two with a link to this site for the 2 free tutorials.

Does it take you to a special page?

Sorry for being ignorant about this. I am just wondering how it works.

Is it supposed to be a tutorial, or one of the Lessons, or special "registered PE4" users only lessons?

Well, interesting that you should ask, Gary.

I thought that email was how I got to this forum, but when I looked again and clicked on the link, it takes me to adobe-photoshop-elements- something or other, but not here.

Hmmmmm...

At any rate, the promised 2 free tutorials don't materialize.

Because I had to reinstall & register I got another two emails. The first time I registered it did the same to me (said I already had seen them).
But this time I got to see them. Here's the page:

Don't know if you can access
The videos are new but they are the same things we have seen in other videos before (not that you don't want to see them).
