Leave it B/W or colorize

Hi, I am stuck on this one.
The original is from a long time ago when hospitals used b/w.
I got a more normal skin color, blue in the original.
But now I don't know if I should colorize or leave it alone.
The yellow texture on the blanket looks like it would not depart easily.
Any suggestions?

I would leave it as it is ... I think it looks really good as it is :)

mks, I would go with the after which shows friendlier qualities over the original.
