Thought that I would pass on this site, I haven't played too much in Elements with it but it is kind of fun.

Can you please direct me to a tutorial on how to tilt shift with PSE6 I've added the layer mask add on

You might like to look at this thread (http://www.elementsvillage.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35475) where this technique was Be Creative #18.

It looks like the external tut link is no longer working, but there are some instructions in the thread,
