I will be having lunch with my friends, The Artsy Gals. We celebrate each other's birthdays. We started out as The Stampin' Gals, but since I have moved away from rubber stamping and totally into digital, I officially changed our name. Will be enjoying fish 'n' chips and lobster chowder at Dukes. Yummmmmmmm. The "Falling to Pieces" card I posted last week is for our birthday girl. She and her husband are heavily into digital photography too.

I am going to take a little "me" time and catch up on a few things that I haven't had time to do. So I will be writing to a few friends and starting to read I new book I bought last month ..

...What is futsol?I believe that is a new "fusion" sport, combining elements of several others into a single, high-energy contest.

Played on a volleyball court with a standard net, but with three items in play --- a volleyball, a ping-pong ball, and a hockey puck --- teams of 21 players try to simultaneously force all three items onto the other team's court. The volleyball must pass under the net, while the other two items must pass over the net.

The game is played wearing boxing gloves and roller skates.
