As always - it can be found at

This is an xls file and requires software to open excel files - eg Microsoft Excel or Apple's Numbers program.

That's a great resource. I wonder if the EV webmaster could make a "sticky" reference to this site? Actually, it should be a main menu item.

We'll keep the index available and up to date in the subscriber area as well. I'm planning on updating the PDF file this week.
