View Full Version : Border Breakout Tutorial

Well....here's my first attempt at this tutorial. I kinda had a 'look' or thought in my head and I tried to apply what I was thinking of. I couldn't make up my mind if I should of use some blur where the creek leaves the image or not. I like it , its what I had in mind with the creek flowing out of the image. I just need to fine tune my techniques etc. I can follow along with the tutorials , but sometimes I'm not sure why things do what they do but I figure if I keep doing it enough it will sink in....now off to another tutorial !

Cant believe this was your first. Nice job!
I like it just the way you have it.
What's the next tutorial that you have in mind?

Very cool, Tony, love the image in the first place, and now how you made it "flow" outside the frame! Nice!

Lovely photo! I've not seen this technique used with water before. Interesting take on it!

Great job! I would never have thought of a stream for a break-out, but it works perfectly.
