Love this photo

I love this photo of my nephew's son. The problem is that it was taken with a cell phone and it is very granny. I tried fixing it following Kloskowski's tutorial on reducing noise. Is there anything else I can do?

Not really perfect, but this may pass... I used the demo version of Neat Image to tone down the noise. Some sharpening was done and I played with Curves and an Overlay layer to get the contrast improved. The resizing was done with a re-sizer action that I bought on-line awhile ago.
