Hi,
I was just wanting to get opinions of what everyone would consider the best plug-in for overall correction. Thanks.

I like on one essentials for elements.

Ditto, I just love the onOne essentials 2 for elements. It is so easy to use and does a great job especially the cut it out part.

It depends on the function. For noise reduction, I like Imagenomic's Noiseware. For special effects, I like Redfield's Fractalius.
For most corrections, Elements has so many good tools under the Enhance menu, I don't find that I need much in the way of plugins for corrections. Most of my plugins are for special effects.

I agree with Diana - for overall correction there's not a lot that can't be done with Elements but for special effects there are some good plug-ins around and I have a few.
Some of my more used plug-ins (and I assume you mean plug-ins and not effects/actions because that's a whole different list)
PtLens for Lens distortion/perspective correction
SmartCurve for curve adjustment, color boosting
Focus Magic for sharpening
Topaz Denoise for noise reduction
On-One Essentials for selections and framing
Topaz Adjust and Topaz Simplify for special effects.

My favorite plug-in for "enhancement"-type adjustments in Nik's Viveza. The use of "control points" to adjust things like brightness, contrast, saturation, etc., instead of complex masking, is a dream come true. Have a dark shadow area in the image that needs to be brought out without messing with every other part of the image? One click of a new control point and it's done.
The same U-Point technology is also in most (all?) other Nik products and in Nikon Capture NX2.
