Open as default

I have Windows XP and I want to open PSE7 as the default when I go to open any of my photos from my camera. Right now it opens with PSE4. It's not that big of a deal, but wondered if it could be changed.

Hi Litespeed,

Right click on a photo file, and from the Windows context menu, select Open With. Then choose Elements 7 from the list, if it's listed, and make sure to click the "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file."

If Elements 7 is not listed, click the Browse button and navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 7.0 and look for the PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe file and click once on it to select it, then click the Open button to bring it into the Open With dialog, then click OK.

Thanks Dianna, I knew there had to be a way, just didn't look close enough. I know I can always count on this group to come up with the answer. You guys are AWESOME!
