I have a new keyboard and of course nothing comes with printed directions anymore so I am stumped as to where I can find help so I can use all the buttons on the keyboard. I Know all the general things but do not know how to configure all the extra stuff or what it is for. For example internet button, mail button ,auto search and a whole host of other buttons down the side. It is a HP Enhanced Multi Media PS/2 keyboard.
I went to the control panel and clicked on keyboard but no help there. Can any one tell me where to look for a way to figure all of this out?

Tina:
I'm on a mac and the setups would be in System Preferences>Keyboard & Mouse.
I don't know whether PC have a system preference.
Perhaps someone will be along with your answer.

I'd just email HP product support and ask them for help - you bought it - they should support it!

Tina,
If HP is like Microsoft, they will include a CD with their own set of utilities for the keyboard, which will allow you to enable and customize all of those extra buttons.
Some of those functions would be fairly handy - if I could ever actually remember that the buttons are on the keyboard! Like Pause and Mute, for example...

Byron, buy some avery stickers sized to match your keys and write the key function on them, then you won't have to remember.
If you change the function you can replace them as needed.
