I would like to Know what do you call it or what stuff in Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 to remove unwanted back ground in a picture ? HELP .

Mark,

I'm not entirely clear what it is you're asking - but if I had a photograph which had, for instance, a telephone wire across the sky, I might try using the Clone Stamp tool to cover it up with bits sampled from the other parts of the sky.

Again, I'm not sure what you're seeking.
