Can't find menu to insert a picture??

I want to insert a picture onto an existing project. It used to be on the right side of my screen with my layer menu and now it is gone. The only thing on the right side of my screen is the Effects menu and the layers menu. Can anyone help, please? I'm using PSE 7.0.

Hi and welcome to the Village. I don't have my PSE7 installed yet (hopefully today) so I'm not sure what you are referring to.

Also, if you look in the menu, under Window, you'll see other palettes you can add to your palette bin by clicking to place a checkmark next to them.

Thanks, Diana. The link isn't what I'm looking for though. I did look under "Window" and do not have the option to view the Frames menu. The Frames menu allows you to insert a picture with different frame options and I can't find it in 7.0. I have seen it before in 7.0 and don't see it now. Does anyone else have any ideas? Thanks!

It's in the Content palette - select by type in the first drop down and frames in the second and you'll see them all.
