Hi,
I asked this before, but nobody seemed to know how to fix this error.
When trying to use the calendar creation/online with Kodak--I get this error message (both on my home computer & work computer--they have nothing to do with each other).

Sherry,
This is really puzzling... I don't have any problems logging on from either my Pc or laptop. What do you have your Preferences set to?

Mike,
I have refreshed & updated my online services (repeatedly). If I use for example " PSE Help" the program connects to internet. So I know it can go "online". (Not the Kodak Help-doesn't work)
Which preference do you mean?
Thanks,
MikeH

Sherry,
I mean the settings in Preferences > Services but it sounds as though you have already been there. Have you tried the "Clear Online Service Data"?

Sherry,
Oh...  ... are you trying to connect from within a network?

Mike,
No, network at home. (router--wireless)
At work--our computers are networked for our Quickbooks program--& we have DSL for internet--but we don't have to go thru someone else's computer to connect if that is what you mean.

Sherry - I don't pretend to understand it but there is a lengthy thread here that deals with the problem. Lots of suggestions although it's not clear that it ever got resolved but if you are using Internet Explorer it sounds like you may need to change the Internet options. Maybe someone with more knowledge about proxy servers could take a look at the thread and translate although it's curious that you are getting the same thing on two different computers:

Sherry,
Have you checked your java script?
In your screen shot it mentions .jsp which is apparently Java Script preference or something similar.
I am not a techie but when desperate it might be worth a look.
Good Luck.

Mike, & all,
Maybe I have found the problem. Since I couldn't get the Wacom to install, I took the computer in. Unfortunatley, they are having to do a system restore---& I will have to re install all my software etc...
But my Norton security was working overtime & blocking too much & corupted something. So i'm thinking it was blocking this too. I'll let you know.

Hi Sherry
Norton Security package has a horrible reputation for working overtime. There are alternatives that do a great job and are even free. It came with my computer and I had a devil of a time with my network connection, installing Office etc. I took the computer back and they gave me a new one and I had the same problem. It finally came down to Norton and when I uninstalled it everything has been fine. I now use security on my router along with AVG for virus and Zone Alarm for additional firewall. Hope everything gets sorted out for you soon.:)

Thanks Wendy & Mary,
I will see when I get my computer back tonight---and re install everything.
We use Norton at work & I've always used at home too with no problems  .
I will let you know---so others having problems will know if this worked or not .
